This Pre-Adoption form asks questions to help you and Silver Maple Kennels decide if a Shiloh Shepherd is the right breed for you. We will gladly help you select the right puppy for you; we have been observing the puppy's behavior, personality and temperament. The information on this form helps us get to know a little bit about you. We urge you to be very honest with us about yourself and your home life, as these puppies rely on us to find suitable homes for them. One puppy may be perfect in a busy household, while another may panic and need a quiet home. Shiloh Shepherds truly have their own personalities.

If you would like to be added to our list for a puppy, or a specific upcoming litter, please enclose a $400.00 deposit plus a copy of our Sales Contract and Puppy Guarantee signed to the mailing address provided below.
As per our Sales Contract and Puppy Guarantee: All deposits will be returned if bitch does not conceive or no puppy is available. IF buyer chooses, he/she may leave the deposit for the next available litter.
